BYOB Roundup 4 ~ March 15, 2009

Julie of Julie Jams used the ABin5 formula to make some pretty spectacular looking pita bread. And this post has a bonus ~ it features a recipe for Mulligatawny Soup. Yum.

Di of Di's Kitchen Notebook made Mini Bagels ~ and boy do they look good!

Chrystal and Amir of The Duo Dishes bring us to Spain with this beautiful Bizcocho de Limon. It looks just perfect for spring.

Courtney from Coco Cooks baked a stay-home-and-eat-sandwiches-worthy Marble Rye Bread.

Laura of Real Good Food ~ new to BYOB and off to a running start ~ made this wonderfully hearty-sounding Whole Wheat Beer Bread. Got soup?

Shirley of Plum Bush Cottage made Bagels using the ABin5 method. Mmm, they look delicious ~ couldn't you go for one right now?

Sarah of Que Sarah, Sarah ~ one of our most recent members ~ risked life and limb to make this pizza. My kind of baker!

Beth of Kitchen Courage is a busy, busy baker! She made European Peasant Bread and Pumpernickel Bread from the ABin5 formula. And then she baked some mmmm-Muffins. Inspiring, no?

Kim of Stirring the Pot brings us these gorgeous Piadina, or Italian flatbreads ~ perfect for wrapping around a sandwich filling or serving with salad.
Mia of Stoned Knitter is having a tough time figuring out the secret to perfect Arepas. I have a feeling she'll get there though!

And me? You can check out the sidebar for my March Baking Log to date. Highlighted entries lead to recipe links.

Happy baking all, and Happy St. Patrick's Day, too!
